Market Weighton and surrounding country side is great for all kinds’ of road users including cyclist and motorbike riders.


Traditionally more people ‘Get on Their Bikes’ between April and October.  This year we ask the general public for their help to make this a ZERO accidents year; we hope the first of many!

The winning design for the

NEW East Riding flag is Design D.


Created by Trevor and Thomas Appleton, father and son team, from Kirkburn in East Riding of Yorkshire.

The initial East Riding flag was made by Flying Colours of Knaresbrough.  Digitally Printed Knitted Fabric and Premium MoD Sewn Woven Fabric qualities are now available for you to buy.


World Flag Shop expects delivery of polyester economy East Riding flags around Wednesday 8 May. They will be 5ft x 3ft and cost – £7.50 + p&p.
